Rafi Cohen /partner

Rafi is an experienced investment professional with an in-depth knowledge of the Israeli high-tech and start-up ecosystem, having advised both companies and investors in financings and acquisitions. Besides serving as external general counsel for a number of Israeli companies, Rafi represents the interests of foreign companies and investors in Israel, with a particular focus on the cannabis industry and consumer products.

Rafi began his career as a corporate attorney at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co., where he focused on M&A and strategic corporate development. He holds a B.ed. from Herzog College of Education, an MA from Yeshiva University in New York City and an LL.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Rafi lives with his family in Ra’anana, is active in various volunteer efforts in his local community and is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
